Testimonials

Since around 2003 we have worked with Network Building Contractors on a range of projects spanning the domestic, commercial and tertiary educational refurbishment sectors. A number of these projects have been carried out on or within heritage buildings, and virtually all have been complicated by constrained sites, tight programs, continuously occupied premises, problematic latent site conditions, and often all the above.

On all of these projects we have found Peter Natta, Andrew Eldridge and their team of tradespeople to be well organized, personable, professional in approach, pro-active in problem solving, and willing to work with us to resolve site problems to achieve best possible outcomes for our Clients. We have also found Network Building Contractors to be commercially competitive with other similar sized contractors, and prepared to take a reasonable approach to the commercial aspects of construction contract administration. We would have no hesitation in recommending Network to other Clients.

Since 2005, Network have completed a number of projects for Sydney Grammar School at the main school in College Street, the prep schools at St. Ives and Edgecliffe and the Boatshed at Gladesville. The jobs have ranged from $300,000 refurbishments, classroom upgrades, flooring repairs to general maintenance work. The work has been of a high standard with nothing too difficult or too small for Network to undertake. At all times, the tradesmen have been extremely professional and sensitive to the School environment. I have no hesitation in recommending Network to any organisation requiring a builder.

Since 2007, Network have carried out 5 major projects for Teachers Health and Teachers Eyecare. They include a design and construct medical centre in Parramatta, the design and fitout of over 600 square metres of commercial office space in Sydney, the design and construct refit of our retail optical outlet in Melbourne, the complete refurbishment of our optical and dental centre in Hamilton and the complete gutting and renovation of our ground retail Optical outlet in Beaumont Street.  They have also completed several other minor projects for our organisation.  They have a good understanding of the way we work and I have always found them to be reliable, efficient and professional.  We will continue to work with Network into the future and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Several years ago my invalid mother needed to have some modifications undertaken to her house.  At the time, Network were doing certain work for a firm where I worked.  I asked Andrew Eldridge as the Project Manager if he could recommend anyone.  Whilst I understand that Network usually don't undertake domestic work, Andrew agreed to do so.  The work was fairly minor but very significant for mum's comfort.  Network's technical expertise ensured that mum's quality of life was greatly enhanced.  Mum has nothing but praise for Andrew and his workers.

I am a partner in a national Law firm.  We have since used Network on several projects including the recent fit out of our city office when we took over another floor in the building.  The project was completed on time, to budget and without compromise on quality.  We found Network and its contractors to be always professional, honest and obliging.  The helped to minimise disruption to the firm whilst the work was undertaken.  We will be using Network again when the need arises and willingly recommend them without reservation.
